Phantom CheckoutTerms of Service

By accessing or using Phantom Checkout (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
Access is tied to your Phantom account and covers up to 3 devices (one Chrome profile each). You may not share, sell, transfer, or distribute your access or license key. Violations result in immediate revocation without refund.
2. Acceptable Use
You may only use Phantom Checkout for personal, non-commercial purchases. You may not use the Service to resell goods at scale, operate multiple accounts, or circumvent retailer purchase limits beyond normal consumer behavior.
3. Retailer Terms & Account Risk
Phantom Checkout automates actions on third-party retail websites including Target, Walmart, and Costco. These retailers may prohibit automated tools in their own Terms of Service. By using this Service you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any consequences including but not limited to account suspension or banning by those retailers. Phantom Checkout is not liable for any such outcomes.
4. No Purchase Guarantee
We do not guarantee that the extension will successfully complete any purchase. High-demand products, website changes, and retailer countermeasures may prevent checkout from completing. No refund is issued for missed purchases.
5. Payments & Renewals
Premium is billed monthly through Whop. You authorize recurring charges at each renewal. You may cancel at any time through Whop, or by contacting support@phantomcheckout.com before your next renewal date. Free is $0 and does not renew.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license and a ban from future access to the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantom Checkout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
